Description
The Road King combines classic Harley-Davidson styling with touring comfort and features. At the heart of the Road King is the Twin Cam 88 engine, isolation-mounted in the touring frame for comfortable riding. The Road King features an easier-shifting transmission, a large, electronic speedometer mounted in a diecast chrome dash, and a massive, nostalgic chrome headlamp and nacelle to accent the traditional styling of the Road King model.
This bike has been through our service department and passed an 89 pt. reconditioning & inspection process. Some of the points include a oil & filter change, flush and bleed of all brake/clutch fluids, inspection of all wear items, an electrical & charging system test, safety & lighting check, adjustment of controls, torque check of major fasteners, a diagnostic check with a scanner, and of course a test ride to check for proper operation of the bike. Our techs also mounted and balanced a new set of tires, replaced the battery, and rebuilt the carburetor.
This 2003 Harley-Davidson Road King is part of a special edition released to celebrate the company’s 100th anniversary. This example was brought to us by it’s only owner that enjoyed it for only twelve thousand miles during their care.
