Description
The fourth generation YZF-R1 revolutionized the motorcycle industry with its groundbreaking cornering, performance, and styling, and the 2006 updates to its engine and chassis further elevated the R1 experience, solidifying its unmatched reputation for unparalleled cornering and handling capabilities on the street or track.
This bike has been through our service department and passed an 105 pt. reconditioning & inspection process. Some of the points include a oil & filter change, flush and bleed of all brake/clutch fluids, inspection of all wear items, an electrical & charging system test, safety & lighting check, adjustment of controls, torque check of major fasteners, a diagnostic check with a scanner, and of course a test ride to check for proper operation of the bike. Our techs also mounted and balanced a new set of tires, placed the front brake reservoir, flushed the cooling system, and replaced the coolant reservoir.
This R1 looks quite sharp in it’s black on black color scheme and was brought to us by a local rider with low miles and several nice upgrades already installed including a full exhaust system by M4 that typically retails for $1,099.
