This bike has been through our service department and passed a 105-point reconditioning and inspection process. Some of the points include an oil and filter change, flushing and bleeding the brake and clutch fluids, inspection of all wear items, an electrical and charging-system test, a safety and lighting check, adjustment of controls, a torque check of major fasteners, a diagnostic scan, and, of course, a test ride to confirm proper operation. In addition, the stator-cover O-ring was replaced.
This Scout’s standout feature is its 25.6-inch seat height, giving it an especially low, approachable riding position that makes the bike easy to manage at stops without sacrificing its full-size cruiser feel.
